I teach high school math in an 8 period day.  I have one planning period and we also have an intervention/opportunity time period once a day.  Classes run about 50 minutes.  Upton High School has gone to a form of individualized education, so I do not stand at the front of the class and present lessons on a typical day.  Kids are running at their own pace, this year through a class I am setting up on Canvas.  I will have Geometry, Algebra II, Standards Math, Pre-Calc, Calc/Trig.
