I have been teaching 27 years (7 years elementary and 20 in middle school. I am currently teaching 7th grade math and I am department chair in Florissant, Missouri. I have also taught 8th grade and Algebra 1 in middle school. I teach in an urban area. Our parents often work multiple jobs to cover expenses, so our students don’t have a lot of help with school work. My school uses teams and we are blocked in 62 minuted classes. I teach out of 5 classes plus a 30 minute advisory everyday..
