I am a new teacher, but not a young teacher.    My first career  was in Electrical Engineering. When kids came along, switched to “Domestic Engineering.” At the age of 50 I went back to school and got my Masters in Secondary Ed, Mathematics.

I have been teaching 7 years. I currently teach Standard and Inclusion Geometry, Intro to Engineering, and Computer Integrated Manufacturing. I help with Girl’s Who Code and am the Robotics coach. Last year I received a Chromebook cart for geometry and need to work on integrating them into my lessons.

I work at Pell City High School in Alabama. We are on a regular 7 period class schedule spending 50 minutes with each class every day.
