I'm starting my 41st year of teaching in the fall of 2021! I have always taught in parochial schools ranging in size from a small school (3 rooms), to a large school (250 students), and a high school.  Currently I am teaching in a 80-90 student population PK-8 school in Minnesota, having taught every subject in grades 5-8 since I started here. Science is my first love! I was excited to learn about MTC as we are going through a transition in which I will be teaching grades 7-8 math once again after several years teaching grades 5-6 math. I will be teaching three levels of Prealgebra/Algebra for the next few years to approximately 15-20 students over the next few years, most of them in Algebra 1 and Prealgebra 7.  I have one hour to do this.   I look forward to learning how to best serve these students and to working together with fellow teachers in accomplishing this.
