I teach Pre-Algebra and Algebra 1 Honors (for high school credit) at Meigs Middle School in Shalimar, Florida (in the panhandle of Florida). We have six 54 minute class periods a day (no blocks). I've taught here for 14 years after a 27 year Air Force career. At school, I'm the math department chair, an assistant football coach, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes club sponsor. I also do a lot of family things outside of school as a husband, dad, and grandpa, as well as being active in other community organizations.
